All three are strictly necessary for the service to work — there is no way to use Sign For Free without them.
Your consent record
When you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the other items on the consent screen, that record is stored on our servers against your account — not in a separate cookie. It is only reachable once you are signed in, so it relies on the authentication session above rather than storing anything extra in your browser.
What we don’t use
- No advertising or ad-targeting cookies.
- No analytics or usage-tracking cookies.
- No third-party marketing cookies or tracking pixels.
Why a notice instead of a consent banner
Because every item above is a strictly necessary cookie, data protection law such as GDPR does not require prior opt-in consent for them — a notice is sufficient. That is why our cookie banner is a “Got it” acknowledgement rather than an accept/reject choice.
Managing cookies
You can delete cookies and site data for Sign For Free at any time from your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out, reset your language preference to your browser’s default, and bring back the cookie notice on your next visit.
